SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Barbara A. Fraser, who passed away on 
4September 12, 2011; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Barbara Fraser was born in Joliet; she was a 
6lifelong resident; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Barbara Fraser retired from Joliet Central High 
8School after serving as a secretary for 22 years; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Barbara Fraser was a member of the First 
10Presbyterian Church in Joliet; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Barbara Fraser was preceded in death by her 
12parents, George H. and Antoinette "Toni" (Medziek) Long; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Barbara Fraser is survived by her loving husband 
14of 43 years, Robert D. Fraser; her children, Robert D. (Barbara 
15Hofmann) Fraser II, Brent (Michelle) Fraser, and Lynn Anne 
16(Scott) Arias; her grandchildren, Madison, Shelby, and Payton 
17Fraser; her brother, George (Nicole) Long; and her many close 
18friends, caregivers, and other relatives; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
2her family and friends, the passing of Barbara A. Fraser; and 
3be it further

6our sympathy.
