|
| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Randall Dalton of Collinsville, who was |
| 4 | | listed as Missing In Action during the Vietnam War in July of |
| 5 | | 1971; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Through the efforts of the United States |
| 7 | | government, Randall's remains were identified and his family |
| 8 | | was notified of the discovery earlier this year; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Randall was the son of the late Mayor Fred Dalton |
| 10 | | and the late Ann Dalton; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Randall Dalton is survived by his sisters, Linda |
| 12 | | Kruse, Gayle Vecchetti, and Karen Kloster; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 15 | | his family, friends, and a grateful nation, the passing of |
| 16 | | Randall Dalton; and be it further
|
| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Randall Dalton as a symbol of our |
| 19 | | sincere sympathy.
