SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Robert G. Welch, who passed away on 
4November 13, 2011; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Robert Welch was born on November 2, 1931 in 
6Waukegan; he was a lifelong resident of North Chicago; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Robert Welch was employed by Peter Baker for 12 
8years before moving on to Lake County Grading for 5 years; he 
9subsequently worked at Eheirs Jurend for 2 years before 
10retiring from Teamster Local 301; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Robert Welch enjoyed restoring old cars; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Robert Welch is survived by his wife of 58 years, 
13Vada Reinhardt; his children, Larry and Ludean Welch, Dave and 
14Sheila Welch, Renee and Jack Werenski, Willy and Connie Welch, 
15Kim and Bobby Jones, Melanie and Perry Seilheimer, Charlie and 
16Christen Welch, and Paul and Krystel Welch; and his 14 
17grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
20his family and friends, the passing of Robert G. Welch; and be
