SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Norman Kirkpatrick of Christopher; and
  
 
4    WHEREAS, He was born March 3, 1933, in Christopher, to 
5Harley M. and Marie (Watson) Kirkpatrick; he married Wanda 
6(Wall) Kirkpatrick on September 1, 1952; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, He was a coalminer retired from Old Ben 24 and he 
8was a member of the United Mine Workers Association; and
  
 
  
9    WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his parents; and his 
10sisters, Hester Salo and Ruby Kirkpatrick; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Norman Kirkpatrick is survived by his wife, Wanda; 
12his children, Patty and Mike McCubbins and Norman Kirkpatrick; 
13his grandchildren, Ryan Payne, Page Kirkpatrick, Sean Payne, 
14and Amanda Yosanovich; his great-grandchildren, Shelby, 
15Dustin, SadieJo, Camden, Colton, Olivia, Drake, Isla, Harper, 
16and Trace; his great-stepgrandchildren, Lucas and Rowen; and 
17his brothers and sisters, Phyllis Grubbs, Virginia Waller, and 
18Richard and Sue Kirkpatrick; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with

1his family and friends, the passing of Norman Kirkpatrick; and 
2be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
