| 4 | | of the Lockport/Joliet area, who passed away on February 15, |
| 5 | | 2012; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Madonna M. (nee Piazza) Schoppe was the beloved |
| 7 | | wife of the late Fred Schoppe; the dearest daughter of Noreen |
| 8 | | Piazza (nee McCarthy) and the late Peter Piazza; the loving |
| 9 | | mother of Kevin (Tunisia) Hopkins, Shauna Vogt, Joshua Vogt, |
| 10 | | Zachary (Ashley) Vogt and Casey Vogt; the dear sister of Peter |
| 11 | | (Gail) Piazza, Chris (Debbie) Piazza, John (Karen) Piazza, |
| 12 | | Jamie (Chrissy) Piazza, Greg (Laurie) Piazza, Sean (Ronnette) |
