| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of
Michael B. Kwasman of West Chicago, who |
| 4 | | passed away on April 17, 2012; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman served with pride and distinction |
| 6 | | as the Mayor of the City of West Chicago; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Michael Kwasman was the beloved husband of 29 |
| 8 | | years to Crystal (nee Howerton); the loving father of Ronald |
| 9 | | Kwasman; the beloved son of the late Estelle and Dan Kwasman; |
| 10 | | the dear brother of Steve (Gayle) Kwasman and Marla (Marty) |
| 11 | | Bett; the loving brother-in-law of Sheila (Tom) Metten, Mark |
| 12 | | (Donna) Howerton, and Cathy (Rick) Markee; and the fond uncle |
| 13 | | of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 16 | | his family and friends, the passing of Michael B. Kwasman; and |
| 17 | | be it further
|
| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Michael Kwasman as an expression of |
| 20 | | our sympathy.
