SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3learn of the death of
Joan Phyllis Bergquist of Elburn, who 
4passed away on June 5, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Joan Bergquist was preceded in death by her 
6husband, Al; her parents; her sister-in-law, Diane Oksas; and 
7her brother-in-law, Joseph Fabrizius; and

  
 
8    WHEREAS, Joan Bergquist is survived by her children, Vicki 
9Bergquist, Al "Butch" (Connie) Bergquist, Barbara (Patrick) 
10Bradford, and Mary (Chuck) Liss; her grandchildren, Rebecca 
11(Ronald Jr.) Edwards, Ben and Blake Bradford, and Mackenzie, 
12Allison, and Chuck Liss; two great-grandchildren, Shelby and 
13Bradford Edwards; her brother, Bob (Inga) Oksas; her sister, 
14Carol Fabrizius; her brothers-in-law, Carl (Sharon) Bergquist 
15and Norman (Diane) Bergquist; her sister-in-law, Alice 
16Nickels; her many nieces and nephews; and her many friends; 
17therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
20her family and friends, the passing of Joan Phyllis Bergquist;
