SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply 
3saddened to learn of the death of Carlton F. Juby of Geneva, 
4who passed away on August 3, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Carlton Juby was born  in Elgin to Charles and 
6Ester (nee Johnson) Juby; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Carlton Juby was a successful entrepreneur and 
8businessman, who loved meeting new people and seeing old 
9friends; he established and ran Carlton Associates, TempStaff, 
10and Carlton Home HealthCare for many years from his base in 
11Geneva; he was an active member of the local business community 
12and service and social organizations; he especially enjoyed 
13participation in Geneva Rotary Club and Community Chest; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Carlton Juby was a friend of Bill Wilson and will 
15be missed by many; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Carlton Juby was preceded in death by his 
17siblings, Charles and Charlene; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Carlton Juby is survived by his son, CJ; his 
19daughters, Samantha and Johanna; his grandchildren, Veronica, 
20Zachary, Vanessa, and Samuel; his long-term companion, Candace

1Moline and her children, Andrew and Emilie; and numerous 
2members of his extended family; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Carlton Juby, and we extend our sincere condolences to his 
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
7further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Carlton Juby as an expression of our 
10deepest sympathy.
