| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply |
| 3 | | saddened to learn of the death of Julie A. Dolan nee Cummins of |
| 4 | | New Lenox, who passed away on August 14, 2012; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Julie Dolan was preceded in death by her parents, |
| 6 | | Gene and Katherine Cummins (nee Balling) and her brother, |
| 7 | | Michael (Debbie) Cummins; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Julie Dolan is survived by her husband, Mike; her |
| 9 | | children, Erin and Jaclyn; her siblings, Mark Cummins, Matthew |
| 10 | | (Laura) Cummins, Christine (Allen) Snyder, Claudia (Craig) |
| 11 | | Cummins-Phelps, Carla (Bob) Petrick, Cathy (Mike) Muench, |
| 12 | | Constance (Kenneth) Kelly, and Carol Fellers; her |
| 13 | | brother-in-law, Tom (Kari) Dolan; her sisters-in-law, Kathy |
| 14 | | (Rich) Davis and Peggy (Mike) Maloney; her many nieces and |
