Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Civic Center Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a civic center authority's power to incur obligations.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	70 ILCS 200/2-25

	Adds reference to:
	70 ILCS 915/10	from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5020

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the Illinois Medical Commission shall annually cause to be audited all records and accounts of the Commission pertaining to the operation of the District by a certified public accountant. Provides that the Commission (now, Auditor General) shall provide the General Assembly with the audits and post a copy on the Commission's website. Deletes a provision that the Auditor General shall submit a bill to the Commission for costs associated with the review and the audit required under this Section, and the Commission shall reimburse the Auditor General for such costs in a timely manner.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of House Amendment No. 1 and adds an immediate effective date.
