Amends the Wildlife Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration and definitions.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	520 ILCS 5/1.2

	Adds reference to:
	720 ILCS 5/48-3

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning hunter or fisherman interference. Provides that it is a Class A misdemeanor to use a drone in a way that interferes with another person's lawful taking of wildlife or aquatic life. Provides that a court may enjoin the activity causing the interference and award all resulting costs and damages, including punitive damages, to any person adversely affected by the conduct. Defines "drone". Effective immediately.

Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code and the Wildlife Code. Provides that whenever a license or permit is issued to any person under the Fish and Aquatic Life Code or the Wildlife Code, and the holder of that license or permit is found guilty of a violation of the hunter or fisherman interference statute, the Department of Natural Resources may refuse to issue any permit or license to that person or if the person has a license or permit revoke that license or permit, and suspend that person from engaging in the activity requiring the permit or license for a period of time not to exceed 5 years.
