Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 2

	Deletes reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/1.1

	Adds reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/5i new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that, whenever a State mental health facility operated by the Department of Human Services is closed, the Department of Human Services, at the direction of the Governor, shall transfer funds from the closed facility to the appropriate line item providing appropriation authority for the new venue of care.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1

	Adds reference to:
	405 ILCS 30/4.6

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with changes. Provides that the provisions of the engrossed bill also apply to State developmental disabilities facilities. Amends the Community Services Act to make conforming changes.
