Synopsis As Introduced
Disapproves certain school district requests for waivers relating to length of school term, evaluation training and pre-qualification, evaluation plan for principals, compilation of average daily attendance, petitions, and school board members - leadership training.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the heading. Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, with provisions disapproving the mandate waiver request made by O'Fallon CCSD 90 - St. Clair with respect to physical education, retroactively approving the request made by Abingdon-Avon CUSD 276 with respect to nonresident tuition, and approving the remaining requests in the report.
