Urges the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois to enter into an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement to deploy Illinois State Police inwards from the Chicago expressways for approximately one linear mile between 67th and 76th streets to Halsted Avenue to the West and Cottage Grove Avenue to the East, for the health, safety and welfare of its residents.
