Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Toll Highway Act. Allows the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority to publish the names of toll violators on their website along with the amount of fines and unpaid tolls owed by each violator.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides that the online listing of unpaid toll violators will only include persons or entities owing at least $1000 after the exhaustion of administrative remedies. Provides that the online listing may include the name of the person or entity as it appears on the final order of liability.
