Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Wildlife Code. Defines "bow and arrow" to mean a weapon consisting of arrows and the bow to shoot the arrow or a weapon consisting of an arrow and a sling shot to shoot the arrow, but does not include a crossbow. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	520 ILCS 5/1.2aa (new)

	Adds reference to:
	515 ILCS 5/10-110	from Ch. 56, par. 10-110

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that the taking of certain types of fish may be taken with a sling shot bow. Effective immediately.
