Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that a broadcast service provider must require its installers to make certain disclosures to customers regarding residential and commercial subscription packages. Defines terms. Makes a violation an unlawful practice under the Act. Effective immediately.
