| 4 | | 27, on page 6, by inserting immediately below line 26 the |

| 6 | | "Section 250-21. One firearm per license. Any person issued |
| 7 | | a license to carry under this Act shall only be permitted to |
| 8 | | carry one loaded, accessible firearm on his or her person at |
| 9 | | any time. A licensee may transport more than one firearm at a |
| 10 | | time if the additional firearm, other than the single firearm |
| 11 | | permitted to be loaded and accessible, is broken down in a |
| 12 | | non-functioning state, not immediately accessible, or is |
| 13 | | enclosed in a firearm carrying box, firearm case, or other |
| 14 | | similar portable container designed for the safe transfer of |
| 15 | | firearms.".
