| 4 | | "Section 123. Firearm carry prohibition; restaurants with |

| 6 | | No person may knowingly carry a firearm into any |
| 7 | | establishment that maintains a retail liquor license as |
| 8 | | provided in subsection (d) of Section 5-1 of the Liquor Control |
| 9 | | Act of 1934 and allows for the sale and consumption of |
| 10 | | alcoholic beverages on its premises as an on premise |
| 11 | | consumption retailer.".
