| 4 | "This subsection does not apply to a parent, step parent, | ||||||
| 5 | guardian, grandparent, or custodial relative of a minor in the | ||||||
| 6 | course of exercising his or her parental rights to supervise, | ||||||
| 7 | monitor, and control the activities of a minor in his or her | ||||||
| 8 | care, custody, or control.".
