| 3 | | on page 16, by replacing line 24 on page 16 through line 1 on |

| 5 | | "attorney representing the complainant."; and

| 6 | | on page 18, by replacing lines 19 through 23 with the |
| 7 | | following: |
| 8 | | "decision. If applying for initial admission to the school

| 9 | | district, the student shall, with the consent of the parents

| 10 | | (if the student is not at least 18 years of age or

| 11 | | emancipated), be placed in the school district program until
|
