Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes. Effective July 1, 2013.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The sum of $10,000,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
