| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Professional Regulation Law of |
| 5 | | the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding |
| 6 | | Section 2105-45 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (20 ILCS 2105/2105-45 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 2105-45. Licenses and certificates for display. |
| 9 | | Starting on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
| 10 | | 98th General Assembly, whenever the Department issues a license |
| 11 | | or certificate and the holder of the license or certificate is |
| 12 | | required to display it in his or her place of business, the |
| 13 | | Department shall provide a license or certificate that is |
| 14 | | printed without including the address of the licensee or |
| 15 | | certificate holder on the face of the license. Nothing in this |
| 16 | | Section affects any duty to display licenses or certificates in |
| 17 | | the place of business.

| 18 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January |
| 19 | | 1, 2014.
