| 7 | | on page 2, line 1, after "period." by inserting "Upon receipt |
| 8 | | of evidence of the criminal activity by the local liquor |
| 9 | | control commissioner, the name of the licensee and the address |
| 10 | | of the licensed premises where the criminal activity is alleged |
| 11 | | to have occurred may be submitted by the local liquor control |
| 12 | | commissioner to the State Commission. If such information is |
| 13 | | received by the State Commission, then the State Commission |
| 14 | | must post that information in each of its offices in places |
| 15 | | available for public inspection not later than the day |
| 16 | | following the State Commission's receipt of the information."; |
