| 3 | | on page 1, line 13 after "State." by inserting "Upon the death |
| 4 | | of a person that has been issued U.S. Coast Guard license |
| 5 | | plates under this Section, that person's surviving spouse shall |
| 6 | | be entitled to retain the plates so long as the surviving |
| 7 | | spouse is a resident of Illinois and transfers the registration |
| 8 | | to his or her name within 90 days of their spouse's death.".
