| 3 | | replacing lines 10 through 19 with the following:

| 4 | | "(d) Notwithstanding subsections (a) and (b), in 2013 only, |
| 5 | | an election authority may close an early voting place on Good |
| 6 | | Friday, Holy Saturday, and Easter Sunday, provided that the |
| 7 | | early voting place remains open 2 hours later on April 3, 4, |
| 8 | | and 5 of 2013. The election authority shall notify the State |
| 9 | | Board of Elections of any closure and shall provide notice to |
| 10 | | the public of the closure and the extended hours during the |
| 11 | | final week.".
