| 6 | | period of imprisonment resulting from a conviction of the most |
| 7 | | recent offense, whichever is later"; and

| 8 | | on page 7, line 3, after "combination thereof" by inserting |
| 9 | | "immediately prior to submitting the application"; and

| 10 | | on page 30, line 26, by replacing "3" with "5"; and
