| 7 | | information pursuant to Section 9.1 of this Act and shall be |
| 8 | | prohibited from disclosure to any person, except that once such |
| 9 | | an order is a final administrative decision of the Department |
| 10 | | and has been adjudicated to finality, a concise syllabus of the |
| 11 | | order may be posted on the Department's official website".
