| 5 | | on page 4, line 7, immediately after "event", by adding the |
| 6 | | following: |
| 7 | | "except when an organized coonhound event involves only local |
| 8 | | organizers, same day registration, and the event reasonably |
| 9 | | expects fewer than 25 participants. The local organizers of an |
| 10 | | organized coonhound event meeting the notification exception |
| 11 | | requirements of this subsection shall not be in violation of |
| 12 | | this subsection if more than 25 participants are registered at |
| 13 | | the start of the event".
