| 5 | on page 1, line 13, after "activity." by inserting "For | ||||||
| 6 | purposes of this Section, "owner or operator" means any person | ||||||
| 7 | or entity that owns, manages, controls, directs, or has | ||||||
| 8 | operational authority for the property or facility.".
