| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2327

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2327 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following: |
| 4 | | "Section, shall charge and collect an additional fee of not |
| 5 | | less than $1 nor more than $15 in an amount equal to the amount |
| 6 | | of the fee imposed pursuant to subsection 1 of this Section. |
| 7 | | This additional fee shall be paid"; and

| 8 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following: |
| 9 | | "charge and collect an additional fee of not less than $1 nor |
| 10 | | more than $15 in an amount equal to the amount of the fee |
| 11 | | imposed pursuant to subsection 1 of this Section. This |
| 12 | | additional fee shall be paid by the defendant".
