| 5 | on page 6, immediately below line 20, by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following: | ||||||
| 7 | "For the purposes of this paragraph (1), "install" means | ||||||
| 8 | the major activities and actions required to connect, in | ||||||
| 9 | accordance with applicable building and electrical codes, the | ||||||
| 10 | conductors, connectors, and all associated fittings, devices, | ||||||
| 11 | power outlets, or apparatuses mounted at the premises that are | ||||||
| 12 | directly involved in delivering energy to the premises' | ||||||
| 13 | electrical wiring from the photovoltaics, including, but not | ||||||
| 14 | limited to, to distributed photovoltaic generation.".
