AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2509 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2509 on page 3 by 
3replacing lines 7 through 14 with the following:


 
4        "(1) the project is located in a redevelopment project 
5    area as defined in the Tax Increment Allocation 
6    Redevelopment Act or an economic development project area 
7    as defined in the County Economic Development Project Area 
8    Property Tax Allocation Act; and
9        (2) a business enterprise derives a direct financial 
10    benefit from loans, grants, subsidies, incentives, or 
11    other direct financial benefit made available pursuant to 
12    the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act or the 
13    County Economic Development Project Area Property Tax 
14    Allocation Act."; and

 
15on page 3, line 19, by replacing "an enterprise zone" with "a 
16redevelopment project area"; and
