| 4 | | "Section 30. Application of Act. Nothing in this Act |
| 5 | | applies to an accountable care organization owned or operated |
| 6 | | by or affiliated with any of the following: |
| 7 | | (1) The Cook County Health and Hospitals System. |
| 8 | | (2) The University of Illinois. |
| 9 | | (3) A hospital licensed under the Hospital Licensing |
| 10 | | Act. |
| 11 | | (4) A hospital affiliate as defined in the Hospital |
| 12 | | Licensing Act.".
