| 5 | | stations to offset the costs of constructing and maintaining |
| 6 | | these charging stations."; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 21, after "erection" by inserting ", user |
| 8 | | fees,";

| 9 | | on page 6, line 5, after "restaurants." by inserting "The |
| 10 | | Authority shall charge a fee for the use of these charging |
| 11 | | stations to offset the costs of constructing and maintaining |
| 12 | | these charging stations."; and
