314, by replacing "his" with "his or her"; and
 


4on page 3, line 16, by changing "(2)." to "(2)"; and
 


5on page 3, line 18, by changing "unreasonable" to 
6"substantial"; and
 


7on page 4 by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
8"have on his or her fitness or ability to perform one or more 
9of the duties or responsibilities necessarily related to the 
10license, job, or opportunity in question.
11        (4) Any evidence demonstrating the ability of the 
12    applicant or employee to perform the responsibilities of
