| 6 | | prohibitions in this Act do not apply to the manufacture, sale, |
| 7 | | or distribution of machinery or non-motorized devices and |
| 8 | | equipment used in the manufacture and transportation of |
| 9 | | industrial, commercial, or consumer goods.".
