| 10 | | shall establish a school violence hotline for students, |
| 11 | | parents, teachers, and other parties to report any violence |
| 12 | | happening on school property, on a school bus, or over the |
| 13 | | Internet via cyberbullying. The hotline shall consist of a |
| 14 | | statewide, toll-free telephone number, with voicemail |
| 15 | | capabilities provided after working hours. The State Board |
| 16 | | shall also maintain an Internet website for reports to be |
