| 5 | | on page 2, line 24, by replacing "Act." with "Act. "Public |
| 6 | | works" also includes all work for the building, repair, |
| 7 | | maintenance, or rehabilitation of roads or structures |
| 8 | | performed by direct employees of any public body in the event |
| 9 | | the projects are financed, in whole or in part, with funds |
| 10 | | received from the Department of Transportation.".
