Amends the School Code. Provides that federal funds received for supplemental educational services under Title I of the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 may only be used to fund supplemental educational services. Prohibits the State Board of Education from applying for a waiver from the federal government to use funds received for supplemental educational services under Title I for other programs.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 2-3.157 as follows:
