4 | | Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business |
5 | | Practices Act is amended by changing Section 11 as follows:

If any provision of this Act or the

person or circumstance is held |
9 | | invalid, the invalidity shall not affect
other provisions or |
10 | | applications of the Act which can be given effect

12 | | of this Act are severable. |
