| 3 | | on page 12, line 21, by replacing "Practices." with "Practices |
| 4 | | or any recommendation for meningococcal disease prevention of |
| 5 | | the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Advisory |
| 6 | | Committee on Immunization Practices or that meets current |
| 7 | | recommendations for adolescents approved by the Centers for |
| 8 | | Disease Control and Prevention's Advisory Committee on |
| 9 | | Immunization Practices."; and

| 10 | | on page 13, by replacing lines 2 through 10 with the following: |
| 11 | | "shall not apply before 6 months after final rules are |
| 12 | | approved. Existing Illinois standards for parental or legal |
| 13 | | guardian objections or medical objections shall be |
| 14 | | applicable.".
