AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3390 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3390, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
42, on page 27 by replacing lines 22 through 26 with the 
5following:


6        "The Commission shall not be required to certify the 
7    record of their
proceedings to the Circuit Court, unless 
8    the party commencing the
proceedings for review in the 
9    Circuit Court as above provided, shall file with pay
to the 
10    Commission notice of intent to file for review in Circuit 
11    Court. the sum of 80¢ per page of testimony taken"; and
 
12on page 28 by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following:
13    "the Commission upon such filing of notice of intent to 
14    file for review in the Circuit Court payment, or failure to 
15    pay as permitted
under"; and
 
16on page 28, line 13, by replacing "received" with "entered";

2on page 28 by replacing lines 18 through 26 with the following:
3    "summons in that case and no request for a summons
may be 
4    filed and no summons shall issue unless the party seeking 
5    to review

Court proof of payment by filing 
7    with the Commission of the notice of the intent to file for 
8    review in the Circuit Court a receipt showing payment or an 
9    affidavit
of the attorney setting forth that notice of 
10    intent to file for review in the Circuit Court payment has 
11    been given in writing made of the sums so
determined to the 
12    Secretary or"; and
 
13on page 59 by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the following:
