SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Power Agency for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The amount of $3,910,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund for its ordinary and contingent expenses.
Section 5. The amount of $914,900, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Trust Fund for deposit into the Illinois Power Agency Operations Fund pursuant to subsection (c) of Section 6z-75 of the State Finance Act.
Section 10. The amount of $48,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Power Agency from the Illinois Power Agency Renewable Energy Resources Fund for funding of purchases of renewable energy or renewable energy credits pursuant to subsections (b) and (c) of Section 1-56 of the Illinois Power Agency Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
