| 9 | | (2) The psychologist who holds a Professional Educator |
| 10 | | License with a school psychologist endorsement School |

Persons so licensed certified may use the title |
| 14 | | "school psychologist" and may
offer school psychological |
| 15 | | services which are limited to those services set
forth in |
| 16 | | 23 Ill. Adm. Code 226, Special Education, pertaining to |
| 17 | | children
between the ages of 3 to 21, promulgated by the |
| 18 | | State Board of Education.

| 19 | | School psychologists may make evaluations, recommendations |
| 20 | | or interventions
regarding the placement of children in |
| 21 | | educational programs or special
education classes. However, a |
| 22 | | school psychologist shall not provide such
services outside his |
| 23 | | or her employment to any student in the district or
districts |
| 24 | | which employ such school psychologist.
