Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Repeals provision giving a credit of $5 for each day of incarceration towards a fine of a person unable to make bail on a bailable offense. Effective immediately.

| 5 | | Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is |
| 6 | | amended by repealing Section 110-14.
