| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4593 as follows:

| 3 | on page 11, line 5, by deleting "direct"; and
| ||||||
| 4 | on page 11, line 14, immediately after the period, by inserting | ||||||
| 5 | "The Department may charge a fee for a volunteer license only | ||||||
| 6 | after 1,000 volunteer licenses have been granted. Any fee shall | ||||||
| 7 | not exceed 10% of the renewal licensure fee for the licensed | ||||||
| 8 | profession.".
