AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4636 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4636 on page 3, line 
326, by changing "and after" to "or after"; and
 
4on page 3, line 26, after "are", by inserting "otherwise"; and
 
5on page 29, line 16, after "as", by inserting "or presumed to 
6be"; and
 
7on page 30, by inserting immediately below line 8 the 
8following:
 
9    "The definition in this subsection X shall not be construed 
10to provide greater or lesser rights as to the number of parents 
11who can be named on a final judgment order of adoption or 
12Illinois birth certificate that otherwise exist under Illinois 
13law."; and
