| 5 | | on page 3, line 24, by deleting "and"; and

| 6 | | on page 3, line 24, immediately after "valid", by inserting ", |
| 7 | | and not previously disciplined"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 4, immediately below line 6, by inserting the |
| 9 | | following: |
| 10 | | "Any individual performing accountancy activities under |
| 11 | | this subsection (d) shall be subject to discipline in the same |
| 12 | | manner as an individual licensed under this Act.".
