| 3 | | on page 3, line 10, after the period, by inserting "The |
| 4 | | Department shall not provide a Statewide Youth Advisory Board |
| 5 | | or a regional youth advisory board with any records or |
| 6 | | information that a public body may withhold or redact pursuant |
| 7 | | to Section 7 of the Freedom of Information Act."; and

| 8 | | on page 3, line 22, by replacing "provided to and maintained" |
| 9 | | with "produced"; and
|
| 10 | | on page 4, line 1, after "board", by inserting ", except a |
| 11 | | report submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Section 25 |
| 12 | | of this Act,".
